Back to to bells after my cold.

After last weeks cold and fever i was back swinging some bells again but whooo what the cold had taken my body hard =(

It was my 45minute swing day but after 15 i was dead =( but what do we do then ?
Follow your body and do what is says ( dont do what the brain say and stop because you are lazy)
So i stopped after 15minutes of work but thats a beginning next week i will go harder ;)

Wednesdays training
Some shoulder stretch with the TRX
Goblet squats stretch
Brettzells
Toe touch

TGU 24kg 5/5 in as some one said in the RKC " QIGONG speed"
15 minutes of 24kg Swinging, 5* 20 2H, 5*10/10 1H, 1*20 2H 220swings thats the pace i do for 45minutes.

Ended with some Indianclub swinging "1-2 to relax
and 6 minutes of Crocodile breathing
