I feel that the cold have left me =) so i started to workout today again.
It`s TRX practice today.
I did a little TRX workout of 10 exercises with 30seconds of work and 30seconds rest 1/1
just to get started.
Then some TRX stretching, i liked to stretch with the TRX it is a good tool to work with keeping my RKC system thinking doing so.
