I started with some Indianclub drills #1-5
Then ASLR correction exercise ( i do this every training but seldom writ it )
Then i started with my practice
All my Swings and Clean are with double Kettlebells.
Swings 28+28 5, 24+24 5, 20+20 5 , 16+16 5 Swings and 15 seconds rest between
Clean 28+28 5, 24+24 5, 20+20 5, 16+16 5 Cleans and 15 seconds rest here to.
Rest 2minutes
Swings 28+28 10, 24+24 10, 20+20 10, 16+16 10 with 30seconds rest between
Clean 28+28 4, 24+24 4, 20+20 4, 16+16 4 and 30 seconds here as well
2minutes rest
Swings 28+28 15, 24+24 15, 20+20 15, 16+16 15 with 45 seconds rest
Clean 28+28 3, 24+24 3, 20+20 3, 16+16 3 cleans with same rest as Swings
2 minutes rest
Swings 28+28 10, 24+24 10, 20+20 10, 16+16 10 and down to 30seconds rest again
Clean 28+28 2, 24+24 2, 20+20 2, 16+16 2 cleans 30second as well
2 minutes rest
Swings 28+28 5, 24+24 5, 20+20 5, 16+16 5 and down to 15 seconds =)

I have long leg hahah it good to have them sometime but not all time .
