It is a new year and i fell its going to be a good one. Training for better skills and learning more about being better as a person.
I have chanced my diet some now from Warrior diet to Eatstopeat, it nearly the same but different =)

And its the same with training, KISS is my thing.
Todays training (the new years first)
15 minutes of movements drills
Swing warm up 16kg 5/5, 20kg 10/10
Then 20 minutes of 1 hand Swinging with the 24kg
I did 260 today.
5* 10/10
2*15/15
5*10/10
I am doing 20 minutes but i am aiming to do more and more every time.
Ended with breathing and relaxing work.
