It was a nice practice today doing some short work with double Kettlebell and Clubbell =)
Mr Mark Refkiend has put me back on playing with the Clubbells =) its fun but i would like to have some heavier ones.
But you take what you have and do good with that ;)
Went thou the TRX essentials Flexibility DVD first (i like this one)
Then on to some double 20kg Kettlebell Swings.
10 every minute for ten minutes 100
Clubbells Barbarian one arm presses,
10Ibs 10/10
15Ibs 5/5, 7/7, 10/10, 10/10
It would be fun to have 20Ibs to.
And later on today i will do some relaxing for shoulders and back/hip.

SvaraRaderanice work man and glad to see you training your clubs as well as posting video. I love barbarian presses with one and two arms but find my shoulders always sublux a bit when doing them; not fun,lol.
since I'm doing mainly two handed cb work lately I would love a 35 lber. soon.
