Lets get back on track =)

Went to my meeting today and it wasn't so bad, was real tired when i came home but couldn't relax (my little brain went high wire) so i did a practice instead of napping.

Started with Indianclub practice #1-5
Shot a clip to and checked my form, not that bad.



Then some Brettzell 2.0 and Mr Reifkind Lats stretch.

3 Press
3 Squats
3 Swing
With double 28kg

1round of
3 Press
5 squats
5 Cleans
With double 28kg

1 round of
3 Clean
3 Squats
With double 32kg

It was nice.

Ok he did it with bigger bells but he is an animal =)

Ended my practice with Iranian Mill with to 15 Ibs clubbells

  2. Its nice for the shoulders and T-spine, and it works on coordination real good =)
    I have signed up for the CICS in March so i will hopefully get better having Mr Jones, Mr Whitley and Mr O`Conner as teachers.
