As soon people see a Kettlebell they think that they are masters on it, some says that the want more and are fabricating new exercises (yes i have seen some CRAZY stuff on Youtube) instead of learning how to do the basic right first.
And do you know??? You just need the basics, they are the best.
So i say Swing Swing Swing Clean Press Snatch TGU and Swings maybe some Clean and jerk
So today (as half my practices) it was SWINGS =)
First some nice mobility drills exercises of mobility for the neck
Foam roller work
Stick work
Toe touch
ASLR
Swings 16kg 10 2H 5/5
20kg 10 2H 5/5
25 minutes of swinging with the 24kg both 2H and 1H
334 swings
Then some overhead walks
14meters 1 arm 24kg L/R
14meters double over head walk 2*20kg
And some Crocodile breath 8minutes
I like the basic's too ;-)
