Thursdays training was a hard but fun one =)
To be a strong presser you have to have a crisp Clean so on the ROP we do heavy cleans,this makes you get strong and prepared for load.
Also heavy TGU to get my back and shoulder work under a bit heavier load than the press.
So here we go
Started with some joint mobility drill and light stretching
Some naked TGU and light Cleans
Some swinging 24kg 10/10*2
And of we go
5/5 Cleans with a 32kg and then 1/1 TGU at the same weight 32kg and i did that 5 times,
so 25/25 Cleans and 5/5 TGU.
After that some heavy swinging 2*10/10 32kg
And Snatch 2*5/5 28kg
It felt nice and stable =)
