What about calisters in your hand after Kettlebell work ?
To have them is not good and they will tear after a while so take care of your hand even if you think its sissy, ITS NOT =)
I did my Second day on ROP and thats Medium day
Mobility work came first, its a must to do for healthy joint
Then some Halos with the 16kg 10/10
Some shoulder stretch and movement drill with the TRX
Press and Swing warm ups
16kg 5/5 press and 5/5 swings
20kg 5/5 press and 5/5 swings
24kg 5/5 swings
Time to Clean and press
4 ladders of 1-3 with the 28kg
It felt nice and NO bad filling in my shoulders =)
7:30 minutes of Swings with the 24kg
10/10 and i did 100
