But i have been training as normal =)
Since my press day last week i have done two Swing practice, one on Friday and one on Monday.
Monday and Friday are my Swing days, just doing a lot of swings.
I have also maid Tuesday and Thursday my mobility drill days with stretching and movement .
Wednesday are heavy double Kettlebell day =)
And from this week Saturdays are press and TRX days =) so lets see how that works.
