After a week of and had my back/neck fixed it fells good so it was fun to see how the presses today would feel, has my shoulder gotten better ?
I started with some TRX stretching going from the top to the bottom and it was real nice.
some light Indian club swinging #1-2
Then press warm up
16+16*2
20+20*2
24+24*2
then i was of and it felt awesome.
15 set of two`s with 28+28kg bells a new PR (i did 12 set last time) and there were no pain.
After that was the TRX.
Took 10 exercises and did them in 45seconds work 15sec rest.
Now i am satisfied big time =) But were do i go from here? to press 28+32 for two`s or 28+28 for three`s? I dont know but it will revile itself soon =)

SvaraRaderaWanna hear something interesing? Last fall I took a break from every exercise except swings and get-ups for a month and then at the end I tested my military press. Before then, I could do 2 on the right and 1 on the left with a 20kg. After those 4 weeks, I got 3 on both sides. So not only gains but symmetry! Yea Kalos Thenos!
