Back on track =)



After last weeks neck and back correction at the naprapath i didnt train any kettlebell moves for a week so the body could re just it self.
But it was time to get back on track again today =)

After a week with just mobility drills it was time to hit the Kettlebells and this is how i did it today.
Mobility warm up
Swing warm up: 16kg 10 2H, 20kg 10 2H, 24kg 10 2H
Swings 2H in ladder fashion from 20-2-20, 220 swing.
TRX assisting pistols 5/5 with slow dissent.
One leg dead lift 5/5*2 with 16kg
