I haven't done any Kettlebell practice since last Wednesday =( but i have done a lot of joint mobility work with my beck and traps so it is mush better today.
I did a small practice with two friends last Thursday and the loved it and i did one for Sweden`s best Kickbox club on Saturday, it was only 45minutes so i showed the Swing but they found it very interesting ;)
And i started to practice today again with light TGU, Swings and Snatches
First some Mobility drills for the neck
ASLR work
Some grip work 5/5 with the trainer, 2/2 CoC1#, 1/1 Coc2#
TGU
12kg 3/3
20kg2/2
Slow and controlled so i got all the movement right.
200 Swings with a 20kg
50Snatch with a 20kg 5/5
It felt good so i am happy again.
