Some Reifind swing work

I did get inspired by Master RKC Mark Reifkind to do this workout today.
Mark is one of the people i have a lot of respect for because he KNOWS training.
And i took my Golf Pro Client with me so he got a real good training to =)

We started with some joint mobility drills for the neck and shoulders and some toe touch
Then Swing warm ups

2H 10 with 16kg
5/5 16kg
10 2H 20kg

Then it was of ;)
We did it as one worked one rest so not mush rest time.
I started with the 20kg (Vincent with 16kg)
5*10/10

Me 24kg (20kg)
5*10/10

Me 28kg (24kg 7/7 reps for Vincent)
5*10/10

32kg (24kg 5/5 Vincent)
5*5/5

A pretty short and nice practice that we are going to fell tomorrow =)
