I am from Sweden and love Kettlebell training.
I am a SF instructor under Pavel Tsatsouline, CK-FMS specialist , CICs (Certified Indian Club specialist) , DVRT/L.I.F.T Instructor and Primal Charge instructor.
This is my training and what i do for you to follow and get inspiration from.
I started with Kettlebell because a needed some body and mind training under my rehab from PTSD (Post Traumatic Stress Disorder) and i fund that Strong First and Pavels way of teaching is very good all round for you health both body and soul.
I am now training others to become better persons =)
