I took Friday of because i went to Tommy Bloms mobility seminar and i didnt need to be stiffer than i am hahaha.
We had a great time in Tommys place doing a lot of stretching and mobility drills so i felt in my body the whole Sunday =)
Monday was i TGU and Swing day

Today Wednesday
Swings, Cleans and Squats with double Kettlebell
16kg 5Swings, 5Cleans, 5squats
20kg 5Swings, 5Cleans, 5squats
24kg 10Swings, 5Cleans, 5squats *2
28kg 5Swings, 5Cleans, 5squats
Light LCCMP (long cycle clean and military press)
2 Ladders of 1 to 5 with 24kg bell
