I did my heavy day yesterday and should have had one day of but this week i can train the days i should so i had my Light day today.
Started with some good joint mobility
Then some TRX shoulder stretching
3 Pumps
Kettlebell warm up
20kg Swings 5/5
20kg Presses 3/3
20kg Snatch 5/5
20kg Presses 5/5
Then i got down to get some good work in =)
3 Ladders of 28kg LCCP 1-4 and it felt good =)
50% Snatching for 5minutes 60 Snatches
It was a nice one, but tomorrow i am going to take a real slow day of training.
