Was at a meeting today with people from the authority's so i am a bit tired, first i was thinking not to train but i needed to get some stress out of the system so i did anyhow =)
It went well and i did one more ladder of 1-4 today in the LCCP.
Here is what i did.
Joint mobility
Press warm up
12kg 5/5
20kg 5/5
24kg3/3 and some swings
Then it was Clean and press time.
4 ladders with the 28kg from 1 to 4 and it felt good.
8 minutes of Swings (70%) 136 swings
Now i am relaxed and tired so it was a good one =)
