It sunny today so it looks like the Spring is coming =) I cant wait to get my Kettlebells outside in the sun and train.
But for now i train inside were its warm.
It was my Heavy ROP day and i felt a bit tired so it was just to shake it away and get going =)
Started with some nice joint mobility and some stretch with my TRX.
Took my 2Ibs Indianclubs and practice my Swinging today #1-5
It is a big different between the 1Ibs and the 2Ibs WOW it fells better with the 1Ibs so i am going to stick to them.
Did some pres warm ups, 20kg 5/5
then it was of to do the LCCP with the 28kg
5 Ladders of 1 to 4 and it felt nice =)
Did 10minutes of Swinging with the 24kg and did 206 swings
It was a nice one and by this time next week i am in US and learning Indianclub swinging =)
