It was a light ROP day today and i went up to 5/5 on one ladder today, it felt good but i am going to slow down the progress now when its up to putting 5/5 in to the ladders.
Slow is stronger =)
Did some nice joint mobility for starter and TRX stretching.
Some nice Indainclub swinging to (it has really made a big impact on my shoulders)
ASLR
Press warm ups 5/5 16kg and 4/4 20kg
LCCP 1 ladder of 1-5 and 2 ladders of 1-4 with the 28kg bell
3*10/10 24kg Snatches done under 4:30 in a light and slow fashion.
Ended with some hip stretch ;)
Det finns visst gym och pool på Hotellet. Finns det inga klot på gymmet kan vi kanske köra lite vattengympa i poolen...
