Hi folks i am back.
It has been some time since i wrote here but now i am back, i have had a hard time personal for some time (my PTSD and things around it) but here we go again =)
10-14 of March was the CICS in Minneapolis and i had a blast =)
The cert and the people there was awesome, the instructors was the best =) we had Brett Jones, David Whitley, Jeff O`Conner and Dustin Rippetoe.
I past the testing so i am now a CICS to. And it was not an easy task to pass but all the Swedes pass =)
I did my ROP finished and stopped with 5 ladders of 1-5 Clean and Press with the 28kg =)
So now its time for Kettlebell Muscle again =)
This is the first week and i am doing some light practice before i start following the book fully out.
So yesterdays training was like this.
3 rounds of
5 Swings
5 Snatch
5 See saw presses
All with double 20kg bells
