Today Oskar joined me in training and he did some good work.
he practice with the battling Rope, TRX, Kettlebell Swings and did some god pad work kicking and boxing. He pressed the 12kg on both arms =)
Me i did this.

5 snatch
5 see saw presses
5 Squats.
with double 20kg bells
