It was movement on the paper today and i did what i could =)
Started with Indianclubs and Half kneeling work, did the #1-2 kneeling and it opens up my shoulder real good. Then it was standing going through #1-5
Some TRX stretching for the whole body.
Then i picked up the Foam Roller to do some quads work, that hurts but its a good pain ;
Then i did some Brettzell both 1,0 and 2,0
Ended with VO2MAX Snatching 16kg in 15/15 protocol
Here is my friend Bruno Carvalho and his last fight, he is strong but i am going to make him stronger and work more on his mobility. He is going to be a animal trust me ;)
