After a full weekend with me being at a health expo making RKC know ed in Ängelholm (and the club Personal Performance) and been to my friends fight at The Zone (Tommy Blom TLRKC and Alan Carlos Team Carvalho) Sunday was a RELAXING day big time.
And i am going to take a couple of day to relax and get back on track mentally ( it takes a toll on me byt i liked it).
On the way to Gothenburg in the car my brain was in high gear and i got the idea to start a new project i have been thinking on. Write a book on my life as a peace making Soldier in Bosnia and the life after with all the pain and suffering, so today i started to write =)
Writing, cleaning the house and training was the thing of this sunny Monday.
Started with R-phase drills in the morning, then writing and cleaning.
Then some movement and stretching before my Kettlebell practice.

5*Military presses
5*Squats
with double 20kg bells
It was a nice start on the week and i start to relax again after the weekend, its good just to be alone and take care of myself =)
