Did some nice mobility drills and stretching before my Kettlebell practice and it felt nice.
I am starting to loose up again after some time under stress, i can fell it most in my shoulders and neck that the Mobility, stretching and Indianclub is working wonders =)
The Kettlebell practice of today
4 rounds of
5*Swings
5*Snatch
5*See saw presses
With double 20kg bells.
So women cant be strong ? dont tell Tracy Reifkind that she will give you a smack on you head right after her 20kg MP ;)
