I had a day of relaxing and fun with my son Oskar yesterday, he is the big love in my life and he makes me a better person big time =)
Tuesdays practice was a mobility, mobility and stress relief day =)
Started the day with some TRX stretching then 15 minutes of Indianclub drills #1-5 (this is awesome stress relies) and did some Egoscue drill for my lower back so it relax.
Before bed it was Brettzell as i do every night before bedtime.
today i have started with R-phase drills and are going to do my Light Kettlebell drills later =)
As Mr Mark Reikind says " do it simple but not easy" ;)
