It was an interesting day say at least =) Mr Eyal is an terrific teacher and i had a blast training.
Tiered but happy came i home late so i slept hard =) woke up this morning with some pain and was stiff (the stress) so it was perfect that i have started my stress release training now again.
Started with 1 hour of Mobility (Z-health R-phase), correcting exercises and stretching in the morning.
Then now some Kettlebell practice =) i did 4 rounds of
5*high Pulls
5*Snatch
5*Military Presses
5*Squats
with double 20kg bells.
It felt nice.
