Did some nice work today =) after yesterdays rest day i was back and went crazy again.
I started with some Foam roller work and if you never done it i can say it hurts hehehe but in a good way =)
Did my legs front and back and my back to.
Some Brettzell work 1,0 and the 2,0 was done (no good day without some Brettzell)
Hip stretch and ASLR (3*10) to and Kosak stretch and split switches,
And ended my stretching with Mark Reifkind shoulder/back stretch.

5*Cleans
5* Military presses
5*Squats
5*Push presses
5*Squats
With Double 20kg bells
