I had a good practice today and it was productive =) started with some good stretching before my Kettlebell practice.
Did this one as my first stretch but i lay the hip stretch before and went right in to this.
3 times om etch side.
3*10 of ASLR
2* Brettzell
And 3* frog stretch
Then it was kettlebell time and i did 4 round of
5*High pull
5*Snatch
5*Military press
5*Squats
all with my dear 20kg bells
After this it was some skin the cat stretching and 4 minutes sitting in a Squat positions.
