WOD1 of mobility and VO2MAX

Started to follow Sanfranciscocrossfit mobility WODs on Youtube today with nr 2 =)
I am going to follow his WOD once every day + my own mobility/stretching to get more mobility.

So i started with this one






And it was pain hehehehe but good pain (not to mush so the body shouts down)

Started with my Foam Roller doing my back, quads, hamstrings, calfs and buttocks ;)

Then the wod

Ended with some nice VO2MAX Snatching 15/15 protocol
And before bed some Brettzell 2,0 ;)
