Simple but not easy =)

Keeping is KISS (Keep It Simple Stupid) is my melody =) or Simple but not easy as Mark Reifkind would say.

Wensday practice
Did some stick work in my calfs before stretching them, Then over to some Rib pulls (2times each side) and RKC armbar (2 times each side). Then some Pull overs stretch 1*10, 2*10 ASLR, wall squats 10*10 and over head wall squats 1*10,

Then it was time for my Kettlebell practice , 4 rounds with Double 20kg bells.
5*Swings
5*Snatch
5*See Saw Presses

Todays Practice was short and sweet =)
Stretching is what i do everyday and today it was the Hip, Hamstring and Ribcage(Brettzell), Relax in to stretch in all the exercises ( get in place and relax in to it for 2 minutes)

Then some TGU with 32kg 2*1/1
Press check 1/1 20kg, 1/1 24kg, 1/1 28kg, 1/1 32kg and 1/1 36kg
3*5 on the Double 28kg 1Leg DL,

Here is Neghar Fonooni and she is setting the bar on the strength =)




And after that some nice barefoot running for 2,5 click just as a relaxation
