Sundays are my day of relaxing after the morning group practice, doing nothing but be with my self and do what ever i want (or nothing at all).
So now i can write down Fridays training =)
I did a long Foam roller session for my Calfs, Hamstring, glutes and quads.
It felt nice working on the triggers and try to relax.
After that pain it was over to the next one =) Stretching. I followed this stretching and wow did it fell good AFTER i have done it =)
Then it was time to play with my Kettlebells so i did 3 rounds of
5*Cleans
5*Military Press
5*Squats
5*Push Press
5*Swings
All done with 20kg bells.
I ended with 100 speed snatch whit a 12kg 25/25/15/15/10/10
