I have done some kettlebell muscle style practice for 3 weeks but when i was thinking this weekend i came up with my own complex that i am going to do for 3 weeks.
Mondays are medium days and that mean 4 exercises for 4 rounds
Wensdays are light days and 3 exercises for 3 rounds
Fridays Heavy day and that means 5 exercises for 4 rounds.
I started today whit medium day , first my mobility with stretching Hips, Hamstring and shoulders. Then it was time for some bell practice.
Medium day Double 24kg bells
First round
2*Swings
2*Snatch
2*Press
2*Squats
Second round
3*Swings
3*Snatch
3*Press
3*Squats
Third round
4*Swings
3*Snatch
3*Press
3*Squats
Last round
4*Swings
4*Snatch
3*Press
3*Squats
The two last rounds was hard so next Monday i will start on 3 reps on all exercises and see how far i can go, the goal is 5 reps on all then go up in weight.
