Day 3 and a light early morning practice

Day three and i went light today and i did it early in the morning =)

TRX real low back rows 1*10

Militare Presses double 20kg 2*5

Pistols to a box 10*1/1

RKC plank 30seconds on 30 seconds rest 3 times

Kettlebell swings light 20kg, 150 45seconds Swing (10/10/10) 1 minute rest.

Now its a nice day with some fun =)
