Day 5 and still going =)

It was a nice day today and not so hot, so some good practice was done on day 5

My pull up place, its 5 minute bike ride from my home at the hockey arena. Put up my rings there today to try L-sits put it was to mush for me heheheheeh.



Todays practice.

Pull ups 12kg 5*2 and 1*2 with body weight.

Straight leg raises + push ups in my rings, 2*5. 2*5.

Pistols standing on a chair 2*5/5

Military Press double 28kg bells 3*3 and 1*2

Swings 24kg 200, (4* 10/10, 10/10/5/5)
