Convict Conditioning and me =)

I am impressed by some people in the RKC (and out) that are strong doing gymnastic things so i am going to take Convict Conditioning (CC) serious working on my body weight training. Some of the exercises looks easy but they are not that i can promise you =)
I am follow it to the letter doing all the exercise he writes so i can go the whole nine yards =)

Tuesdays practice
Running.
1minute walk, 30sec running and 15sec sprinting 12times (20minutes)

CC
1:10 Wall push ups 1*30, 2*25
1:10 Vertical pulls 3*40

And some Indian Club swinging
#1-5 and the forward figure 8 in the Dr Ed Thomas DVD

Wednesday practice
I went up to Gothenborg to Fredrik Högström to get some nice pointers on Tactical Pull up and Pistol.
Did some practice and got it well.
Did some Partial TGU (elbow) 5/5 with 24kg

and 300 Swings with the 24kg when i came home.

Todays practice
CC
1:10 Short bridges 1*20, 1*16
1:10 Wall handstand 2 minutes

Keats Snideman wrote a nice line that i am sharing here.
"Life is to short to suck at your Swings, Get-ups and Goblet Squats!Sign up now and stop sucking!"
What he mean is to sign up for the HKC and learn how to ;)
