After one week of only body weight practice and mobility drills i am back playing with the Kettlebells =)
Going to do a kind of program minimal with TGU and Swing/Snatch for 10weeks.
Practicing every other day.
Day 1 week 1
Partial TGU (from laying on the back to elbow) with the 24kg bell.

Swings 32kg
ladder style, from 20, 18, 16 and down to 2 and then up again from two,4,6,8 to 20 and thats 220 swings. Took me 24minutes today.
