Day 40 and the last of this program

Day 40 and the last day of practicing on this program, that was yesterday.

After 40days on this program i can say only one this, it was awesome. i didn't wear my self out but i got stronger and my skills got a lot better.
Something i am going back to do later to improve even more, and i recommend it highly.

I was in a street fight last week (NOT something i am proud of =( ) so my shoulder got a small tear in it, that said i couldn't do heavy pressing without pain so i haven't try id my max press.

The last practice

Pull ups
2*5 body weight

Hanging leg raises
1*15

Double kettlebell squats
24kg 1*5
28kg 1*5

See saw presses 24kg
2*5/5

Swings 24kg 1H and 2H from 20 to 2 and from 2 up to 20 again (220)


And Today i started a new practice program =)

Day 1 Convict Conditioning (CC)
Wall push ups
2*25

Vertical pull ups
2*20
