Day 40 and the last day of practicing on this program, that was yesterday.
After 40days on this program i can say only one this, it was awesome. i didn't wear my self out but i got stronger and my skills got a lot better.
Something i am going back to do later to improve even more, and i recommend it highly.
I was in a street fight last week (NOT something i am proud of =( ) so my shoulder got a small tear in it, that said i couldn't do heavy pressing without pain so i haven't try id my max press.

Here is a new DVD from the awesome couple Reifkind on how to Swing, i have order it and will tell more about it when i have seen it.
