37 days are done of the 40 day easy strength program and yeas i am stronger =)
When i started i did 3/3 32kg presses but today i did 5/5 with the 32kg bell =)

TRX Airborne lungs
10kg weight vest 1*10/10
Presses 32kg
1*1/1, 1*2/2, 1*3/3, 1*4/4, (1*5,5 Pb)
Snatch Transfer 16kg
4* 1minute work, 1 minute rest
3*2minute work, 1 minute rest
Beast Swings
4*10 2H
1*5/5 1H
