Pull and press its that simple =)

First day of two of fasting =) jepp i am going to fast today and tomorrow, only coffee and water.

So i did my EST today and are taking a rest day tomorrow, only doing mobility drills and relaxing drills.

Here is what i did today.
Mobility drills and correction drills

Windmills 16kg 1*5/5
Pull ups band resisted 5*2
Double Kettlebell presses 28+28kg 1*2, 2*3 and 1*2
Double Kettlebell 1leg DL 2*5/5
Snatch 28kg  5/5, 5/5, 5/5, 5/5 and 5/5

Here is Max shank doing band resisted pull ups, he is STRONG
