Its Monday and 2012 and i am going deeper in to the Easy Strength practice. I am steeping it up to 5days a week for 6weeks so i am going to get crazy strong hehehehehe.
I did a light ES practice on Saturday and rested Sunday.
Here is the Saturday practice.
Presses 28kg 1*5/5
Pull Ups Body weight 1*5
TRX Pistols 1*5/5
And i did it as a circle 2 times.
And here is the exercices i am going to practice on for 6weeks.
TGU
Presses
Pull Ups
Pistols
And some sort of Ballistic work Snatch, Swings or heavy Cleans.

Mobility drills (never forget them ;) )
TGU 16kg 5*1/1
Presses 28kg 2*5/5
Pull Ups Body weight 2*5
Pistols 16kg 6*1/1
Snatch 5minutes with 28kg 5*5/5
