Its Sunday and i did my easy strength work =)
I started with my Mobility work and some shoulder stability work.
I did this one that Mr mark Reifkind shows here and it was a real good exercise.
Then it was time for some good old lifting.
Kettlebell presses 28kg 1/1, 2/2, 3/3 and 4/4
Pull ups 8kg 5*2
Kettlebell Squats 32+32kg 2*2 and 2*3
Push ups 2*5
Snatches 20+20kg 3*10 and 1*5 with 24+24kg
