DVRT Sandbag stability work in movement

I do Sandbag training one time a week to get all angles of the body worked over.

I have a complex that i do that i  call  "Stability work in mobility"
Thats

Kosac squats with sandbag in bear hug 5/5
Over head squats in staggered stand 5/5
Standing row 10
Half kneeling presses 10/10
Snatch from lungs 5/5

And i am doing it 3 rounds (for now i, am  aiming for 4 rounds)
