Wednesday and the day of 32:s =)
On Wednesday i go on with my 32kg bells and have some fun, Ok i did one exercise with my 28kg`s to =)
Here is how the practice went.
TGU 32kg 5*1/1 and Pull ups in ladder fashion 1-5
Press (here is the 28kg) 28+28kg 1*1, 1*2, 1*3, 1*4 and a 1*5
Squats 32+32kg 3*4
Clean 32+32kg 4*5
Swings 32+32kg 5*6
=) felt good.
Here is a picture of all my shoes i have and use, just good ones ;)
They are for every day walking, running and lifting weights
