I am weak i must get strong, and i dont just mean lifting weights.
I mean being the best i can be, have a strong mind and body.
I have had one week with little lifting just been doing some mobility work and Primal Charge.
I feel good and strong again so i am back making me a better person with the Kettlebells =)
Monday practice
started the day with coffee and primal Charge and did a iron work a couple of hours after that.
Here is the iron work =)
Windmills 24kg 1*5/5, 28kg 1*3/3 and 32kg 1*1/1
Press 32kg 3Ladders of 1-3
Swings 28kg 220 nice ones =)
