I started with some Primal Charge today.
Then over to the Iron ;)

Half Kneeling Press 24kg 2*5/5
Tall Kneeling Press 24kg 2*5/5
Jerks 24+24kg 1*6, 1*7 and 1*6
Snatch 32kg 5*5/5
A light and soft practice =)
