Yes i am a DUMB ASS.
In the hunt for the RKCII i have been training hard but smart, but my lungs are not good and i got time at the doctor for a check.
They said that i am not using all my lung (just around 70%) and she gave me some Cortisone to inhale on a daily basis.
AND I HAVE DONE THAT =( what i feel now is that i am even worse =( CORTISONE i KNOW its NOT good but i fell for it anyhow.
I try-id to do a Snatch test yesterday and that was a FUBAR, so now i have stopped with the cortisone and hope that i will regain my breathing for next weekend.
I am doing a 2day fasting and resting hopping that i will flush out and get better know over the weekend.

I did some practice with my clients in the morning.
Seesaw presses i did 3sets of 5 with 24kg bells
and Tracy Reifkinds outstanding Swing BCBE 300swings in under 20minutes

Then i did a little drive for 75Mil or for you Americans 450miles for a Primal Charge seminar on the 3May

Tactical Pull Ups with weights (12-24kg) in GTG over the day
And i did some training together with my client. 3 Rounds 40sec on 30rest of swings (i did snats) , Sandbag curls, TRX push ups, Battling rope, Sandbag Lateral step lungs. then 2 rounds of swings, Sandbag clean and squats, TRX Pike, Battling rope, Zercher Lungs (me over head lungs) =)
