Three hard but FUN weeks =)

Ok since i wrote here the last time i have been around some and having some hard training/learning and fun =)

The 14 of June was RKCII and Italy travel =)
As some of you know i have problem being around to mush people so traveling is always interesting =)
but it seems like i am starting to control my symptoms of my PTSD so it went mush better than expected.

The organization in Italy was awesome and the people there was outstanding as it always are at RKC`s
My breathing was mush better but i was stressed  when the Snatch test was up, but i pasted it in 4:50 the best i have ever done =)

I had a great Team Leader Peter Lakatos and the assist ens was awesome =)  (  Robert Rimoczi, Albert Adolf) help t a great deal so i passed all my  test (except for the Press 44kg that i failed) and that what not what i was expecting so i was HAPPY =)))

Now i have 90day`s to pass my press test and i am working on it, i am trying to lose weight so i only have to press the 40kg and that i have done before =)

THANK YOU ALL IN ITALY IT WAS AN OUTSTANDING TIME I HAD THERE.

Here is Melody, me and Ari

Came home early Tuesday morning and fell a sleep =)
Slept hard and long and started to get my self in to a new traveling mode.

21 June and it was of to Germany and Perform Better Summit where i did some DVRT  Sandbag and Kettlebell hands on classes.

I hade around 40-50 people at each class the first day (1 DVRT and 1 Kettlebell) =) it was awesome.
I meet up with the guys from Perform Better USA and Martin Rooney and talked training.
Day two i had 50 on the DVRT and 25 at the Kettlebell (there was a big coach Mark Verstagen  at the same time as me so they went there in steed )

People seemed to enjoy my seminars so i am happy =)

At home i was real tired and took a couple of days just by my self and relaxed.
On Thursday the 28 i was of again and this time to Gothenburg and Swedens first ever RKC cert
I was assisting in Master RKC Brett Jones team with Sofie Eckerman (who did a awesome job =) thank you Sofie )
It was 3 awesome days learning and teaching.

Being around this great people is a blessing. Sr RKC Tommy Blom, Master RKC Peter Lakatos, The Chef Pavel Tsatsouline and Master RKC Brett Jones.
