Easy strength all the way =)

I got a mail from my friend Master RKC Peter Lakatos how and what i am training for at least 8weeks and it`s Easy Strength.
I started today and i am going to loose weight and go under 84kg (184Ibs) and press the 40kg so i pass my RKCII test =)

Started my day with a long walk and some Sprints (8  30meter) in the end of it .

The practice today went like this.
Double Kettlebell Squats 24+24kg 2*5
Kettlebell Press 28kg 3*3
Pull Ups 16kg 5*2
Abs Wheel 2*10
Swings 32kg a´ 100 (10/10*5 1H)

And i was down to 191,5 Ibs this morning, thats a 14Ibs loose in 8weeks =)
