August month and it`warm and sunny out side =) love it .
I did my easy Strength today but i fell my neck is acting up so i need to fix it so i can press better.
But here is todays fun outside in the sun.
IndianClub swinging as a warm out
Double kettlebell squats 36+36kg 3*3
Double Kettlebell presses 28+28kg 1*3 and 2*4
Push Ups with 15kg (33Ibs) weight vest 2*5
Hanging Straight leg raises 2*5
Kb Over head walk 40kg 1*1/1 30meter
And then swings, it`s not exactly as Mrs Reifkind but i got the idea from her (She is just awesome)
